Paddies
Last night was ... amazingly fun. Just the normal Tuesday after-class activity of Paddie but somehow the company dynamics was just nice. Not too many people like always, and just alot of regulars, many of whom are fast becoming friends. Post-paddie went off for dinner together but since the group was so big, some of us split off and went to eat 油そば instead. Yumz. Was so hungry that almost could feel the gastric coming on -- guess staying up overnight was really taking it's toll somehow. + too many many coffees. >.<
Highlights of the night had to include:
- the fact that Shoyu came! (even though it was a Tues) =D
- guess who I got for my 2nd pair-chatting?! Shoyuuu =D
- he seemed so nervous talking to me cuz apparently I speak English too fast raaaa >.<
- but he's quite the nerdy sort! was explaining Japanese chess to me. coooool
- and then went to the same topic
- and sat next to him yay
- and laughed at him when he sighed halfway; and he laughed too
- and then still chat with him after topic discussion was over
- and chat with Sat.oki too! =)
Haha I'm making all this sound like so much more exciting, heart-fluttering than it really is. It's just fun to gush - after not having an eye candy for so long, and after such a long tiring day like yesterday.
Honestly, I guess the best part of last night was simply going out for dinner with all my friends post-Paddie. Shun.go, Farh, Quinnie, Masssa, _bel, Yosshie, Neeng.
I'm starting to feel the she3bu4de2 of just having 2 months left. Or maybe it's just being enhanced by that... At the very least, I'm just really really glad to actually get to this kind of comfortable stage with all these awesome people. Wasn't easy but so thankful. =)
