Smiles and Reminiscence
I suddenly remembered my lj - mainly cuz I wanted to shop - and started looking through my brief entries on there. And I just can't stop smiling.
Such memories of friends, escapades, life lessons, and just amazing amazing times.
It suddenly makes me realise the importance of jotting down such trivialities and notable memories, because no one can remember everything for ever. But with the aid of a catchphrase (aka SHOCKWAVE!) or certain vividly painted scenes, everything comes gushing back.

Well... Third week into the job and what I can say for now is that
1) I think my Japanese is improving, but probably not as quickly as I'd like.
2) I'm bored, with training.
3) The benefits are really good - I can totally see why people would find it hard to leave jobs like that.
4) Still not used to the deskbound nature of it though....
5) Most importantly, I love the food there everyday!!
It's seriously what keeps me going :)
Not sure how long I'll be there though. I'm starting to slip into the mundane-ness of it, and am at the point of accepting my life to be as such. But maybe it's a timely discovery for all the lj posts of a life full and happy; an omen?
Too soon to tell though - I should give it a fair chance. Six months? A year?
Two?
We'll see.

On the r/s front, things are okay for now.
I have to say I've had weird dreams about him twice though I can't remember the exact contents now.
I remember one of them had 3 guys - Rj, D-s, and M-. I was upset over the first, rebounding towards the second, and somehow whispered the name of the third when I said the three words to the second... And in my dream, my subconscious was somehow confused as to why the name slipped out, before remembering and admitting the reality. It's kinda very disturbing that I dreamt of the first two at all, and in such a context, but at least my subconscious remembers the important one :)
Oh and yes, he's coming next March. Hope things will be fine at least up till then.
I might just get too comfy getting on without him...

Also, D-s is coming back to SG soon! I was never good at admitting it but now I can: I miss hanging out with him! :) Glad that he's coming back - then I'll have a supper khaki + khaki who drives + someone who stays near me and can hang out! :)

Squash with xx and ys tomorrow after work, then supper with Siang and Willis.
